These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of tour services by:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”)
1. Scope of Services
The Provider offers guided small-group tours and private walking tours in Prague.
The exact scope, duration, price, and meeting point of each tour are specified:

On the website, or
-
In written confirmation sent by email.
A binding contract is concluded once the booking is confirmed in writing (email confirmation is sufficient).
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking
A booking request may be submitted via:

Website contact form

Email communication
The booking becomes binding once the Provider confirms availability.
2.2 Payment Methods
Payment may be made by:

Cash at the meeting point, or
-
Credit card/Mobile Payment app (due before the tour unless otherwise agreed)
- Bank transfer based on an issued invoice on request
The Provider reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the agreed due date.
3. Prices
All prices are stated in CZK, EUR, GBP and USD
The Provider is not a VAT payer.
Prices include guiding services only unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation more than 48 hours before the tour: full refund.

Cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour: no refund.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed using the original payment method.
4.2 Cancellation by Provider
The Provider reserves the right to cancel a tour due to:

Illness
-
Force majeure
-
Safety concerns
In such cases, customers will be offered:

An alternative date, or
-
A full refund.
The Provider is not responsible for additional costs incurred by the customer (e.g., flights, accommodation).
5. Customer Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:

Arriving on time at the agreed meeting point

Wearing appropriate footwear and clothing
-
Following safety instructions
The Provider is not responsible for injuries resulting from:

Inappropriate footwear
-
Failure to follow instructions
-
Pre-existing medical conditions
Participants attend the tour at their own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for:

Loss of personal belongings
-
Delays caused by public transport or third parties
-
Events outside reasonable control (force majeure)
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
7. Force Majeure
The Provider is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Extreme weather
-
Government restrictions
-
Public disturbances
-
Transport disruptions
8. Complaints
Any complaints must be raised:

Immediately during the tour where possible, or
-
By email within 7 days after the tour.
Complaints will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes shall be resolved by competent Czech courts.
Consumers also have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce).
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.
